Labelknit is a private-label knitwear supplier operating from Puyuan, Zhejiang, China. When you contact us, we act as the data controller for the information you give us. You can reach us at info@labelknit.com.
We only collect what we need in order to quote you and ship you. In practice that means:

We do not sell, rent or trade your data. We do not run advertising trackers or build marketing profiles about you.
Each of these acts as a processor and only handles your data for the specific purpose above. That includes our form delivery service, which forwards your enquiry to our mailbox and stores a copy in its own infrastructure.
Enquiries that do not become orders are deleted within 24 months. Order records are kept for 7 years, because tax and customs rules in China and the EU require it. If you want your enquiry data deleted sooner, email us and we will do it.
This site uses no advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking pixels. We set one analytics cookie to count visits, which stores no personal information and does not follow you to other websites. If you would rather we switched it off entirely, email us and we will.
Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. You can also ask for your data in a portable format, or lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority. Write to info@labelknit.com and we will respond within 30 days.
We are based in China, so your details necessarily travel to China and to our logistics partners outside the EU. Where that happens we rely on standard contractual clauses under the GDPR, and we keep the amount of data transferred to the minimum needed to fulfil your order.
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top of the page and, for significant changes, notify anyone who has contacted us in the past year.
