Private Label · Packaging
Most brands buy their packaging from a bag factory and their knitwear from a mill. We do both from one place — so the dust bag, the gift tote and the sweater on inside come from the same yarn batch, the same colour card, the same machine. One supplier, one invoice, one story that holds together on the shelf.
Why knitted packaging
A jacquard dust bag in the same colourway as the sweater reads as packaging. A beige cotton bag reads as packing. Buyers notice the difference, and so do the customers who open the parcel.
The line
Each is made on the same flatbed machines as our knitwear — jacquard where the pattern matters, plain where it does not. Prices are FOB Shanghai, per piece.
40×45 / 45×50 cm. Jacquard flatbed panel, self-fabric drawcord, ribbed hem knitted in one piece — no separate cord stitching.
15×20 / 20×25 / 25×30 cm. Ribbed casing knitted in one piece so the drawcord runs through the hem without stitching.
30×35 cm. Handles knitted in the same panel as the body, so the pattern runs continuously — the detail that sells a gift bag.
Knitted cover for storage baskets, sold alongside our Knit Home range. One supplier for the basket and the cover that makes it a product.
Circular knitted sleeve for wine bottles and tumblers. A small ticket with a visible margin, and a natural fit for the gifting season.
2×5 cm woven jacquard label — the packaging inside the packaging. Highest margin per piece in the whole programme.
Compliance
From 12 August 2026 the EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (EU) 2025/40 applies in full. A bag costs €0.65. Not being compliant costs thousands. We put the compliance work inside the packaging quote, so there is nothing to forget.
When your brand name goes on the packaging, your company becomes the “manufacturer” under PPWR. That means real obligations, and in most EU markets a specific local one.
